These terms govern the use of the Sky Score mobile application, a score calculator for the "Skyjo" card game, published by Flashed in Paris.
Sky Score is available for free on the App Store. The publisher reserves the right to modify or discontinue access to the application, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
Sky Score does not collect any personal data. Information entered by the user (player names, scores) remains stored locally on their device.
As the app is free, it is supported by interstitial ads managed by Google AdMob. The publisher cannot be held responsible for the content of ads served by this third-party service.
Flashed in Paris owns all rights related to the application. Sky Score is an independent tool, with no affiliation to Magilano GmbH, publisher of the Skyjo® card game.
The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
These terms are governed by French law.
